Bride's Choice Award 2012

This is one of my favorites from our recent session with Bennett. Only 10 days old, but all energy and just as adorable as he could be.

It was a perfect October afternoon as Blythe and her girls arrived in Louisburg at the Hudson Manor. Always a favorite stop on the tour. ;c)
We finished the final getting ready shots in the bride's room, made sure the guys were locked away tight and headed out to the beautiful grounds for the Bride and girls pre-ceremony images. The energy was way up for this one and that was a definite once we got Brett and the guys outside for their time in the spotlight.
After a gorgeous ceremony, one where each person in the wedding party read a little something special to the bride and groom, we moved to the front of the house for family and wedding party shots. Then it was couple only time with the bonus of "Excalibur" from Classy Transportation. Ron Smith kept the reception rocking all night and this could not have been a better event. Thanks guys!

Seems like I never get to post Bridal shots because by the time you can share them you're well beyond when they were created. By that time the wedding gets all the excitement.
These are a couple of my favorites from Blythe's Session. Simple and elegant. :c)

I met Chris and Amanda on a cold November morning to capture their "E" Session in the last of the Fall leaves. They braved the chill and forgot all about the camera as they walked along a quiet path and then stopped for a moment to get reacquainted. ;c)
This shot is one of my favorites from all of last year. Thanks guys!

I got to spend a beautiful Fall afternoon back in late October at Yates Mill with Allison and Lee shooting some fun shots for their 'Save the Dates'. These guys are so natural with each other and by the end of the shoot they felt like old friends.
They will be married at Barclay Villa in May and with Joe Bunn doing the DJing it's going to be an epic event! ;c)

We recently made our first visit to the Rand-Bryan House for Sara and Jason's September wedding. What a gorgeous day and what a superb location with sooooooo many wonderful spots to photograph the bride & groom. Martha Bryan Liles made sure everyone was well taken care of from start to finish. If you are looking for a beautiful location with that down home relaxed atmosphere for your wedding or reception, look no further. http://www.rand-bryanhouse.com
Sara and Jason made this a fun day. I knew from the moment I met Sara this would be one of my favorites for the 2011 season and it certainly was. This day could not have been more perfect as they shared it with their family and friends. Thanks guys for letting us share it with you! Your 'Fine Art' Book is going to be gorgeous! :c)
