A little about us and our style: Artistic, Fine Art, Contemporary and Classic, we love to create photography that encompasses variety and capture your moments as they happen. We’re a husband and wife photography team and we shoot with a relaxed and fun approach. In business for more than a decade now, we have evolved as much as the equipment has changed. We’re always learning new techniques and strive to be better than yesterday. The Image Mill has photographed hundreds of weddings, engagement and bridal sessions, children and family sessions and we have taken hundreds of thousands of pictures. Literally! No request is too big or too small.
More about us: We live to spend time with our daughter. We love the beach, amusement parks, chips & salsa, bike rides, cooking out with friends and family, waiting for it to snow, Christmas morning, BBQ, editing pictures, getting someone else to cut the grass, PF Changs and about 999 more things we could probably share with you and I'm sure will over time. Monday is usually an off day, email is a great way to reach us, but call us anytime. It’s not uncommon to want to adopt us after we work together. :c )
Wedding booking info: We can book certain dates anywhere from a few months to more than a year in advance, but open dates always exist so don't hesitate to check our availability. Once you have decided on your wedding date, it’s a great idea to book your photographer. Our "Storybook Collections" start around $3,000 and contain all the 'must have' goodies today's couples want. We deliver exceptional quality archival products and stand behind everything we create. Incredible coffee table books, beautiful hand-crafted leather albums and parent albums, digital image delivery, canvas wraps, wall portraits, gallery blocks, engagement sessions, bridal portraits, save-the-dates, guest books … it's all available with our photography collections.
If you are having a smaller wedding we are very flexible and will customize a package to meet your needs. We require 35% to secure your date and the balance is due a month before the wedding. Our quality and attention to detail will assure you that you chose the right photography studio every step of the way. We know this decision is a priceless investment and we take great pride in creating photography that you will always treasure.

Children and Family pictures: Depending on the feel or look you want, we can suggest several locations from rustic to urban, coastal to gardens and everything in between. We’ll put together a session that captures who you are and your style. At your home or a family farm, the place you first met or a location that has special meaning, we will create photography that tells your story. Solid color clothing works well, so coordinate with everyone who will be in the pictures and you’ll love the results even more. Children and Family Sessions start around $250 and we will customize a portrait package that can include an online slideshow with custom print ordering, creative image books, canvas or framed wall prints, gallery blocks and lots more.
Fine Art Photography: Being outdoors, or indoors, with a camera in hand, looking for beautiful light, the right angle, that exact moment when you can capture an image that you envision before you ever take the shot is one of the greatest things we as photographers can do.

We were accepted in our first request to participate in the 2011 Lazy Daze Festival. Those of you not familiar with this event, this is Cary, NC's largest outdoor art festival and one of the largest on the east coast. As luck would have it this was also the first year of having to cancel the event after 35 years of smooth sailing. We are set to return in August of 2012. If another hurricane does not. We will update info for this event, and other events we might attend, as that time gets closer.
